About
My name is Sara Jettawi and I am a psychotherapist working via telehealth with diverse clients throughout the state of Wisconsin. I bring patience and kindness to every session, understanding the importance of creating a safe space for exploration and healing. My approach is rooted in open-mindedness, acceptance, and attachment. I value the mind-body connection and incorporate somatic experiencing techniques to facilitate healing. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) throughout our sessions.
Additionally, I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your growth and healing. Loving-kindness is how I would best describe my communication style. Slow is fast, and where you are is where you're at.
I have found many successes with diverse populations. I do the majority of my work with adult females (18-80) experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, and relationship issues. I encourage self-exploration to boost confidence and explore trauma history to release blocks that are hindering the authentic self.
