Letâs talk about perfectionism, and how anxiety creates roadblocks from the life you want in so many ways. Being a teen or young adult comes along with plenty of yearning to be perfect, fear of judgment, feeling not good enough, and having to deal with pressure to be what somebody else wants you to be. We can easily fall into patterns where we suppress our emotions or compare ourselves to others, but there is hope. Oftentimes, my clients are looking to feel seen, heard, and validated that their best is good enough. If youâre feeling exhausted, anxious, or paralyzed by perfectionism, youâve come to the right place.
