About
My name is Sarah Paullis and I am a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) located in southern New Hampshire, however I am working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with people of all ages and am specialized in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, and more. I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help my clients work towards and achieve their goals.
My communication style is calm, supportive, validating, compassionate, and accommodating. I strive to create an environment where my clients feel comfortable talking to me about anything and I strive to ensure my clients feel safe, welcome, comfortable, supported, and heard.
I decided to become a therapist because I love helping and supporting the people around me. I have a passion for mental health, and I love being a support through someone's personal journey. Everyone has experienced barriers in their lives and being able to help people through their difficult times is something that I strive to do.
