I'm Sarah Walker, a pre-licensed Master's-level clinician working toward my LMHC. With two years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting teenagers, young adults, and adults as they navigate life's complexities. My background in sports and psychology allows me to bring unique insights to therapy, having worked with both athletes and non-athletes to help them understand and reach their full potential.
