About
I became a therapist by first becoming a question-asker. Even as a kid, I was drawn to the tender places—curious about why people hurt, how they hurt each other, and how healing begins. Growing up at the intersections of Hispanic, Native, and colonized cultures, I understand what it’s like to carry invisible pain, cultural complexity, and the weight of chronic illness—all while holding things together for everyone else.
My approach is rooted in warmth, metaphor, and deep attunement. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much,†too sensitive, or like you don’t quite fit into any one box, you’re not alone. This space is for you.
I work with individuals, parents, and families healing from intergenerational trauma, grief, and complex family dynamics. I also support queer clients and those living with chronic illness or feeling emotionally unseen.
You won’t have to explain everything. We’ll move gently, with warmth and care, at your pace.
I draw from family systems therapy, somatic tools, and grief-informed care. Our work may include metaphor, coping strategies, and soul-centered reflection. Healing is relational—and it lives in the body. You didn’t cause the harm, but you can reclaim your story. Therapy is where that begins.
