About
Hi, I’m Savannah Eklund, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting women and LGBTQ+ community members through pivotal life transitions. I help clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, and trauma recovery. My approach is rooted in recognizing systemic influences and building on each person’s strengths to promote healing and growth. I create an inclusive, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves and feel seen and valued.
I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques. My work is informed by systemic influences, including intersectionality, ensuring that therapy is culturally sensitive and aligned with each client’s unique experiences and background.
I was drawn to therapy by my passion for helping others find their strengths and navigate life’s challenges. I believe in the power of human connection and the importance of fostering a space where people feel valued and understood. Witnessing clients reclaim their intuition and thrive is what drives me to continue this meaningful work.
