I am taking clients who are in transition, divorce, loss of job or a loved one, any transition you are experiencing. You have challenges and problems that can sometimes feel overwhelming and therapy can help. I am working on my EMDR certification and I can use it with clients. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychotherapy, and solution-focused, client-centered techniques to create a supportive and effective experience.
