About
I have worked in both mental health and addiction treatment for the past 20 years. I am a licensed independent social worker with a supervision credential and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor. I love what I do and feel my biggest reward is seeing past clients doing well after discharge. I truly enjoy watching people get well and learn to relive their lives. I am a master's graduate from Ohio University and as well as being a full-time clinical director I am also an adjunct professor at Zane State College teaching addictions which was a personal goal for myself.
I specialize in treating individuals struggling with addictions to substances and family members of those who struggle with addiction.
I also work with individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression by implementing cognitive behavioral therapy as well as motivational interviewing techniques which allow the client to actively be a part of their own recovery.
