About
Life comes with ups and downs and sometimes we can lose ourselves in all the change. Wouldnât it be nice to have some space and time set aside just for you, to breathe and reconnect with yourself? When we pause to create space for ourselves, it's possible to find peace and balance between the mind, body and soul and begin to show compassion and acceptance for the different parts of ourselves. It's important to me to create an environment where you can build confidence in yourself and feel safe and supported in order to heal and grow.
I enjoy helping people learn about and manage symptoms of anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or difficulty adjusting to life changes. I have experience working with survivors of abuse, teens, families and adults in mental health treatment. I use mindfulness based practices, somatic experiencing (connecting with the body) and EMDR as therapy tools.
It takes a lot of courage to reach out and seek support at any stage of life. Together we will sort out what's most important to you and address these things in our future sessions. You are worth taking time out of your daily life to feel better. I look forward to meeting you and working together!
