Book with me now by clicking on my website. I have been a board-certified social worker for over 10 years. I enjoy working with preteens, teens, families, and adults. My treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that focus on the mind-body connection. I have extensive experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and more. I have received advanced training in perinatal mental health, immigration evaluations, gerontology, juvenile sexual problems, and learning disabilities. In my career, I have worked in many settings affecting youth and families such as primary care, juvenile justice, schools, and corrections. There I discovered my passion for advocating for youth and families. I help clients identify their resilience, gain new skills and perspectives, and empower them to use the tools available to them to thrive!
