About
Walk & Talk Session.
We meet at Sugarhouse Park and let movement and presence guide the healing process.
Walking helps regulate the nervous system, reduces anxiety, and can make it easier to open up and speak from the heart.
This session is for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself — and you crave calm, clarity, and connection.
We’ll gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface while surrounded by fresh air and the steady rhythm of your steps. You don't need to show up as anything other than yourself.

Art in the Park Session
Art in the Park is a unique, in-person session where we meet outdoors and use simple, expressive art to help you reconnect with your inner world. No art skills needed — this is about expression, not perfection. This session blends art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic grounding.
I’m a therapist, intuitive artist, and creative companion for the healing journey. With over 5 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, I blend traditional therapy with expressive arts, mindfulness, and embodied connection. I believe healing doesn’t just happen in an office, it happens in real life.
