Hello. You've made the right decision, and I appreciate your courage to embark on this journey towards well-being. I understand that the road in life can be painful, filled with ups and downs, trial and tribulation. It can be difficult to find the light when surrounded by darkness. Thus, it is with much empathy and gratitude that I help to provide you with the support, insight, and therapeutic approach necessary in fostering a positive, confidential environment so that you may spark that light from with-in, equipping you with the skills and insight necessary in enlightening your path along the journey. I work with individuals, couples, and families, with in-depth experience in working with trauma, mandated clients, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, cultural-dynamics and anyone dealing with a situation that makes them feel isolated. I find it very important that I see your life, your journey, from your perspective. I primarily work from an existential framework, but am also well versed with integrative approaches.
