Are you having problems at work, school or in your family? Sometimes these situations are caused by internal or external circumstances. I believe that individuals can overcome the circumstances that have caused problems in their lives. My role in therapy is to assist you gain more insight about the problems or the circumstances that resulted in you seeking therapy. I create an environment to allow you to resolve the underlying issues, and to enable you to overcome the problems/situations that resulted in you seeking therapy. I am available for Telehealth and in person sessions
I have provided therapy to children, adolescents,adult and families. I have vast experience of working with individuals with depression, trauma, anxiety, anger, ADHD,relationship conflicts, LGBT issues,Life transition alcohol/substance abuse issues. My job as a therapist is to assist my clients attain emotional growth and improve functioning.
It can be difficult to seek therapy. My goal in therapy is to create a warm and supportive environment to engage my clients, and to assist them meet their goals. I use cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interview techniques, mindfulness and other effective therapeutic modalities to assist my clients meet their goals in therapy.
