I specialize in the areas of trauma, depression, anxiety, school challenges, ADHD, parenting concerns, and life transitions.
I enjoy listening to your stories and equipping you with tools to cope and overcome challenges. I believe in meeting you where you are at on your journey and to assist you in identifying your strengths and values. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
