"Meet people where they are" is my motto. To me, that is the best place to start. Making the decision to begin therapy is hard and sometimes scary. My goal is to create a safe space for my clients to address whatever they are struggling with. I am non-judgmental and understand that there are reasons people are and/or feel a certain way. I am passionate about helping people with a variety of issues, especially those who are/have been in abusive relationships, people who have experienced trauma/abuse, people who are in crisis, relationship issues, mood disorders, and self-esteem issues. There is no issue too small or too big.
Since 2002, I have been providing counseling to adults, couples, and older adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient settings. If you are paying out of pocket, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.
