About
Life can feel especially overwhelming when you’re moving through grief, shifting identities, or learning to live in a body that doesn’t always feel like home. I believe healing happens in many forms — through connection, creativity, movement, and nervous system attunement. My role is to help you access the parts of yourself that already know how to adapt, express, and grow; even when things feel messy or unclear.
I have a particular interest in supporting folks through faith transitions, grief work, mood disorders, and the emotional impact of growing up misunderstood or unsupported. I believe in your capacity for growth.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, with room for curiosity, humor, and real co-regulation. Whether we’re walking a trail, sifting through dramatic texts, painting through stuck emotions, or practicing breathwork, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, reimagine their stories, and find sustainable tools for regulation and self-expression.
I offer both indoor, outdoor, and telehealth sessions in Salt Lake City. If you're looking for a space where creativity, connection, and regulation come together, let’s talk. I hope to walk alongside you as you rediscover the power within you — and begin to move through life with more grace, ease, and a sense of grounding.
