About
At Eagle Tree Counselling & Wellness I support people with significant life changes - whether diagnosed with serious illness, living with chronic pain, anticipating end of life, or dealing with losses of people or pets close to you. Loss can impact people with changes to job, home, relationship, physical or cognitive ability, and more. Some of my work is with family caregivers, nurses and healthcare professionals who seek more self care, stress management and coping skills. Support available for managing anxiety, depression, effects of childhood trauma as an adult, and other challenges that prevent you from living the life you want.
Mindfulness, compassion and wholeness are cornerstones of my practice in a very inclusive space that welcomes diversity. I have worked in many roles (hospice, child psychiatric, mental health, corporate, Therapeutic Touch) and connect with a broad background of understanding. I offer a safe space for you to find new insights and ways to move forward.
If you are going through times of change, support is available to find a clearer understanding of how you can navigate things. As a trauma informed therapist, I honour body, mind and spirit and can help you connect with more balance, peace and clarity. LGBTQ2S+ welcome. Online, phone and in-person sessions available.
