I have over 20 years of helping individuals impacted by trauma, move from feeling like a victim to becoming a survivor. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
