Seeking help takes courage and I’m glad that you’re reaching out for support. Therapy is a collaborative process, and it can provide a safe space to explore and navigate challenging situations and experiences. My hope is to help you along the journey toward greater self-understanding so that you may live a fulfilled, authentic life. My areas of special interest include eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, sport performance, anxiety, and depression.
I integrate cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment therapy, and interpersonal approaches. I have extensive training in assessment and treatment of eating disorders, utilizing CBT-E, DBT and family-based approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are at and work collaboratively together toward your greater well-being.
