About
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who works with individuals in therapy, intensive therapy, and psychoanalysis. I have a specialization in addressing diverse needs such as stage of life changes, work and relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, grief, and depression. I earned my M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work from New York University. Currently, I am a senior psychoanalytic candidate at PANY, the Psychoanalytic Association of New York affiliated with NYU School of Medicine, where I also co-teach in the Fellowship Program.
A good rapport and your personal level of comfort are paramount when choosing to work with anyone. By building trust, in a safe, non-judgmental environment, my approach may offer you powerful tools that will assist in raising your awareness to undiscovered repetitive patterns of thoughts and behaviors that cause suffering.
I see the aim of psychotherapy as increasing mindfulness, self-understanding and change. A careful consultation is an important first step to address concerns and questions. I invite you to make that next step when you are ready to talk with someone who will listen with care and sensitivity.
