My name is Terry and I am a is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing mental health and relationship stress. Life is hard for all of us and no one needs to go through this alone.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to empower people with the tools they need to change unhelpful thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, that get in the way of living a peaceful life.
You do not have to be ashamed to ask for help because asking for help is one of the wisest things you can do. It is not giving up, it is the refusal to give up.
