I founded Alpine Psychotherapy and Consulting with the belief that anyone seeking help deserves to receive expert mental health services in a compassionate, caring, personable, and professional atmosphere. You deserve to have a professional who operates from a solid theoretical base and has expertise in the methods they are using. I specialize in EMDR therapy and utilize other research-proven modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy, CBT, and Ego State Therapy. Using EMDR therapy since 2007, I have completed years of extensive advanced training on utilizing EMDR therapy to address a variety of disorders. I also hold an advanced designation of EMDRIA Certified Therapist.
My office is located in the mental health mall, Comprehensive Psychological Services, which also has access to medication management, psychological, and neurofeedback services.
