I am a certified first responder counselor with experience working with medical and EMS staff. I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety and trauma. My training includes the use of bilateral stimulation techniques such as EMDR and ART. I also use a mindfulness based cognitve approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Sometimes, It can be had to know what to do to feel better, when we are going through a difficult time in life. Anxiety and depression can feel as if they have taken over your life.
