I can help you! I have approximately 35 years of experience. I give practical help in a safe and accepting environment. I have specialized in working with children and adolescents; sexual abuse issues, family and marriage issues. I am certified in EMDR. I have clinically supervised/trained graduated students and pre-licensed therapists for approximately 20 years. I work with most issues, including, but not limited to substance abuse, educational problems, depression, anxiety. I am a supportive and caring therapist who will assist you in becoming the person you were meant to be. Let's turn your struggles into strengths.
I have had extensive training in the areas of child abuse and trauma. I have worked with a lot of addiction issues. I have also trained for work with marital infidelities, grief and loss issues; play and art therapies. I work with those that are seeking Christian based counseling as well. I would love to help you recover from past abuse and/or addictions.
I was the founder, Director and Clinical supervisor of SPARE Counseling, a Christian counseling center in California for 10 year, until I moved to Arkansas in 2015. I love my new home and enjoy my work along with my little farm and lovely view of the Ozarks.
