As we continue to change throughout our lives, we have opportunities to turn over a new leaf. Sometimes we need the space and support to make these changes feel more possible. That's where many find therapy can be helpful. For the past several years I have met with people of various ages and backgrounds dealing with concerns such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and conflict, relationship problems, academic and work issues, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, trauma and abuse. My intention is to help you feel seen and heard as you navigate stressful life experiences, changes, and emotions.
My approach is non-blaming, collaborative, and respectful. Conversations are guided by curiosity and informed by your hopes and intentions. My style is gentle, reflective, and active. I prioritize creating a space to help you feel safe enough to explore your inner world and the impact of problems in your life while nurturing hope.
