Whether you are seeking individual support, are struggling with a relationship that feels unfulfilling, the absence of a significant relationship, or are a part of a family system that is navigating a significant change, crisis, or other adjustment, I am able to partner with you on your journey to wellness. I welcome individuals, couples and families into my practice. I have extensive experience working with trauma survivors and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, work related stress, low self-esteem, racialized trauma as well as performing and visual artists, athletes and professionals seeking to make change.
I have been trained in a variety of models including Psychodynamic, Sensorimotor, cognitive-behavioral, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Aboriginal Focusing Oriented Therapy (AFOT), Family Systems and make use of a number of other processes including progressive relaxation, visualization, grounding exercises and mindfulness-based practices.
My approach to healing, health and wellness is integrative in nature, incorporating mind-body and culturally inclusive approaches/practices along with traditional psychotherapeutic modalities. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process where my role is to guide and support individuals in their journey towards wellness. Let's begin the journey together.
