I am a LCSW, currently practicing in the State of Mississippi. My mission is to enhance quality of life by empowering clients and providing them with tools and skills that will promote emotional well-being, wholeness and resiliency. I am passionate about working with a variety of clients to assess/identify strengths and/or weaknesses; diagnose problematic moods, behaviors and family dysfunctions. I focus on working with clients to foster the development of new improved coping, problem solving and communication skills by utilizing therapeutic interventions such as, “Strength-Based Therapyâ€, “CBT†and "DBT".
