My ideal client is a human person living on the earth. I believe that even though the human experience is subjective and unique, there are ways to connect and heal that transcend the superficial and speak to the core essence of our humanity and our shared experience of being alive. All humans suffer trauma and even though the specific details are unique, the experience of grief and recovery have universal features that are accessible to anyone who seeks them out. I believe that all humans are equal and that everyone deserves to feel heard and seen. I am here to facilitate healing and growth in a non-judgmental and fun environment
I am a systemic therapist. People do not exist in a vacuum and the different systems that we belong to influence how we think, what we believe and how we act. The client is the expert of their own experience and I am trained in the art and science of helping you hear and embody your own unique truth.
I am a fun, irreverent, compassionate human being who has lived, loved, suffered and grown on my own healing journey in life. I believe in things that you can see and touch and some things that you can only see and touch with your heart and mind. I will never judge or shame you in our therapeutic alliance of growth.
