About
I have been a psychotherapist for over 25 years, and have developed a practical, effective approach to treatment, using both short and longer term models of therapy. Through my work, I have seen many people improve their lives and feel better about themselves. I work with individuals and couples experiencing varying levels of disruption and crisis, and those searching for a greater sense of calm, meaning and life purpose. You will find that I am warm, down-to-earth and compassionate. The most rewarding part of my work is to see people change, move on and reach their full potential.
I integrate mindfulness-based practices and compassionate Inquiry to help increase a greater sense of well-being. I have taught mindfulness-based classes and meditation in health settings for over 15 years. My clinical orientation includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, object relations, trauma treatment, Internal Family Systems and Voice Dialogue.
