About
Life and relationships present many experiences that impact us and our lives. I believe that through the process of facing painful issues, learning to soothe our anxieties, working on our destructive behaviors, and connecting with our own personal power and strengths, we can begin to develop a healthier relationship with ourselves and others. When we do this, we are more able and willing to navigate the pains and pleasures that naturally come with life, adult responsibilities and relationships. Allowing ourselves to go through this process often leads to a more fulfilling relationship with ourselves, our loved ones and with life.
The benefit a client experiences in therapy largely hinges on their investment in the process and their willingness to take what is identified in the therapy and apply it between sessions. For this reason integration and investment is emphasized in the therapy. I do not recommend setting up therapy with me if you're not interested in that type of therapy.
As a therapist very dedicated to my work both in and out of the therapy room, I invest in each client that works with me. I understand the decision to come to therapy is a big deal for many and I wholeheartedly respect the process that is often required of us when we take that step.
What sets us apart
I help clients navigate life's challenges and build healthier relationships by addressing painful issues and destructive behaviors. Therapy emphasizes personal strengths and active integration of insights between sessions. Clients should be prepared to invest in this process. I am deeply committed to supporting clients on their journey toward a more fulfilling life.
