About
I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, perinatal struggles, and relationship conflict. Through a culturally sensitive lens, I use a therapeutic approach that blends relational, humanistic and psychodynamic theories, while incorporating DBT skills, CBT techniques, and psychoeducation when appropriate.
I believe the most important contributor to meaningful and impactful therapy is building a solid foundational therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel safe and empowered to address personal problems and emotional symptoms, and explore toxic relationships and unhelpful behavior patterns.
I like to help clients find the good in themselves. My hope is for my clients to feel lighter at the end of each session. I’d be honored to hear your story and support you along your journey. Please feel free to email me with any questions and/or to set up an initial call to discuss further. I currently have a short waitlist for new clients.
