I enjoy working with those clients who recognize that change can happen and is good. I enjoy working with individuals, families, couples and groups. Those who recognize that change depends on them, individually and collectively. I do not cause change but only facilitate the process. As we are all in the process of living and life can sometimes be very difficult, we can learn and change everyday. I can help you become the person you want to be, just as the chrysalis wants and does become a beautiful butterfly.
Areas of specialty include: mood disorders, relationship conflicts, pre, current and post marriage counseling, grief and loss, trauma, abuse issues, attachment issues with children, adoption and foster care issues, addictions, stress, pain management and spiritual conflicts.
I have over 35 years of experiences working with people of varying cultures and beliefs. I have law enforcement experience while utilizing behavioral and mental health education and experience. I have extensive training in trauma, EMDR, foster care and adoption issues as well as chemical and sexual addictions.
