About
Life presents us with many challenges as the world is ever changing. It can be overwhelming to adjust or cope with these changes without the proper tools. It is my hope to help provide the space, support, knowledge to utilize proper tools to build a more comfortable life for yourself. In 2019 I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling From Youngstown State University. Since then I have practiced counseling in community mental health for the past 4 years.
During the this time, I have obtained my LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) licensure. I work primarily with patients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and substance use.
I use a variety of approaches in my therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
