About
It can be hard to ask for help. I’m glad you’re here. I love helping people improve their relationships and deepen their connections while bettering their own states of mind. I agree with renowned Attachment Theorist Dr. John Bowlby who said that “we determine who we are through the eyes of those we love.†Using evidence-based techniques, I can help you shed old perspectives that aren't working for you anymore, and become a better version of yourself. This is your journey, but you don't need to walk it alone.
Often my clients seek to address symptoms such as low mood, apathy, and excessive worry. One way we can tackle these symptoms is by working on relationships: past, current, future, and with oneself. I also use CBT and psychodynamic techniques to help clients identify and address patterns that are preventing them from living their fullest life.
I work to create a judgement-free environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and values. Each person’s struggles and triumphs are unique, and each client is the best expert on themselves. My first therapeutic goal is to see and understand you as you see and understand yourself. Then collaboratively we can forge a new path.
What sets us apart
I help individuals enhance relationships and well-being through evidence-based techniques like CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Addressing concerns like low mood and anxiety, I create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore patterns and foster personal growth. I collaborate with clients to understand their unique experiences and collaboratively forge new paths towards a fulfilling life.
