Are you overwhelmed? Stressed out? Struggling to manage? I work with clients who are struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, body image and self harming behaviors. I also see adolescents and adults who are having trouble adjusting, transitioning and managing stress. I believe full recovery is possible for everyone whether it's from an eating disorder or having self-defeating thoughts. Together we will work towards agreed upon goals that meet your needs and help you live at ease with yourself and the world around you.
Therapy with me is supportive, authentic and non judgmental. I will encourage you to talk through what you are experiencing at your own pace. My approach is derived from cognitive behavioral therapy so we will challenge and reframe the negative thoughts that are keeping you stuck.
