About
Hi, I’m glad you’re here exploring ways to care for your internal world. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by inner conflict, self-doubt, or anxiety. It can feel like different parts of yourself pull in opposite directions, with one part reaching for growth while another is held back by fear, shame, or uncertainty. Therapy offers a compassionate space to connect with your Self, the calm, curious, compassionate, confident, courageous, clear, and creative core within you. Together, we gently explore these parts with curiosity rather than judgment. This process helps build inner trust and a deeper sense of who you are.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian shadow work, somatic psychotherapy, and a creative approach informed by my work as an artist. IFS helps you identify and understand different parts of yourself, including the wounded and the feisty parts of you. This awareness supports healing and integration, helping you reconnect with your true Self.
Exploring the conflicting parts inside you can feel overwhelming. Through Internal Family Systems and Jungian shadow work, we compassionately uncover parts holding pain, fear, or hope without judgment. If you’re in NYC, Seattle, or San Francisco and looking for an IFS therapist who blends depth work with creativity and care, I’d love to hear from you.
