About
My approach to therapy is authentic, warm, and honest. I use a collaborative and non-judgmental approach with my clients to support them in discovering their goals for therapy, finding new perspectives, and disrupting harmful patterns that may be showing up. I draw from a number of evidence-based treatment styles and tailor my approach to each individual but am inherently person-centered and strengths-based.
I bring a diverse background to my work. From working with young adults experiencing homelessness, to supporting mental health interventions for high school students statewide and providing support to cancer patients undergoing major surgeries, I have seen firsthand the impact of compassionate, person-centered care.
I believe there is profound power in the therapeutic relationship to create space for individuals, couples, and families to cultivate authenticity, vulnerability, and intentional risk taking. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for clients of all different identities and backgrounds to feel safe and supported in processing their experiences.
What sets us apart
