About
Boundaries, communication, self-advocacy are my specialities with adult clients. Many of the clients I see begin therapy with a good amount of insight into what's going on with them but uncertainty and confusion over what to do about it or what to change. Many struggle in their social or romantic relationships, managing work related stress, or say they feel depressed, stressed, or sad. Often, they may be doing very well in one or more areas of their lives but struggle to feel their best in another area.
I used research-backed strategies to help my clients better communicate their needs, set boundaries with their loved ones, and create change so they feel better about themselves and the lives they're living. I use a combination of solution-focused thinking, research, and behavior strategies to help my clients experience relief as quickly as possible.
Email is the best way to reach me. I offer both in-person sessions in upper Queen Anne (Tuesday afternoons and Fridays) and online sessions.
