About
As a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience working in inpatient psychiatry and emergency care—I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and their families through some of their most difficult and transformative moments. These experiences have not only strengthened my clinical expertise but also deepened my passion for helping people find clarity, healing, and resilience in the face of mental health challenges. I am a first generation Korean American with understanding of how cultural expectations and family narratives can shape how we view ourselves, define success, and carry emotional burdens.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating the complex pressures of high-stress environments—particularly those struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and perfectionism. If you often feel overwhelmed by a relentless inner critic, weighed down by self-doubt, or exhausted from trying to meet impossible standards, you are not alone.
Therapy can be a powerful space to begin reconnecting with who you truly are. Our work together will explore the core beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. With curiosity and empathy, we’ll understand limiting narratives, strengthen emotional resilience, and cultivate greater self-acceptance.
