About
I provide therapy with adolescent and adult individuals and partners, including couples and polycules. My clinical areas of interest include ADHD and the impact of neurodiversity on relationships, polyamory and non-monogamy, jealousy, sexual identity, singlehood, communication skills, women’s issues, and interpersonal trauma. I’m considered polyam-friendly, Queer-friendly, kink-aware, and trauma informed. A collaborative therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice. It’s of utmost importance that my clients feel heard, supported and respected, while simultaneously challenged. View 5 Photos
From a foundation of strong working alliance, my initial task with new clients is to thoroughly identify the purposes of our work and to garner relative history. I listen for strengths, exercise curiosity, and treasure complexity and uniqueness. I tend to conceptualize clients’ concerns through interpersonal and multicultural lenses.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to the unique needs and context of people I work with. Clients can expect to be active participants in treatment planning and goal setting, which may evolve over the span of our work together.
