About

Now Accepting New Clients! Are you ready to unravel and reconstruct life narratives and pave the way for new and fulfilling paths forward? By exploring past experiences to identify patterns and themes, drawing upon your inner strengths, and addressing behaviors that may no longer serve you, we can work toward a deeper understanding of yourself. I strive to co-create a warm, grounding, and supportive space where you feel empowered to share your story, process your thoughts and emotions, and reconnect with your true self. I am committed to creating an affirming environment where openness and curiosity guide our work. I work with adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and identity concerns. My approach is relational, compassionate, and grounded in an intersectional, psychodynamic lens. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC folks in navigating the complexities of the racial hierarchy, bicultural stress, and generational trauma. I use various mindfulness-based approaches including IFS, ACT, somatic techniques, and Brainspotting to explore family dynamics, heal attachment wounds, and strengthen relationships to help guide you toward the life you want to live. Let's dive into that past trauma and start healing old wounds together.
