About
I know that reaching out for therapy can be so intimidating, especially with issues related to sexuality. You may be looking to step into a more authentic version of yourself or you may be dealing with relationship struggles. You may have felt stuck for some time or are just beginning to question what doesn't feel right. Together, we can embrace the challenges of life's struggles and work to find more ease. I am an identity affirming therapist who especially loves working with people who are queer, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, or somehow 'othered' by society.
I use approaches that help you connect more deeply with your body. Those include EMDR, polyvagal, and IFS. I also use attachment theory to help you understand how your past impacts the present and work towards being your own sense of security. With couples, I work to see how your stories intersect and build something that lets everyone exist more fully.
I value your effort in searching for a therapist! It is already so vulnerable to have made it this far. My website link is a link to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to speaking with you to see if we are a good fit for one another!
