About
Therapy can be the boost your relationship and/or family needs to persevere in the adversity that comes in the form of infidelity, grief, difficulty communicating, poor work-life balance, lack of intimacy, and many more issues. There are times when life becomes difficult and it seems like it is always conflict and tough times. Therapy can provide tools and direction for regaining trust, restoring intimacy, problem-solving, healthy communication, and balance.
I provide a safe space for all Black Indigenous People of Color to process, heal, and grow. I love empowering people to heal from painful events by rewriting their stories. I enjoy helping couples and families stay balanced in the face of life transitions. Some of my specialties include family conflict, couple/marital issues, and life transitions.
Once you learn to apply communication & problem solving skills to your identified stressors, you can have healthy loving relationships no matter what obstacles threaten your family or relationship/marriage. However, the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Therapy is a step in the right direction for everyone. It's self-care!
