Hi, I'm Quoqueze, a therapist for the past 17 years. I understand that life hits us all differently. And everyone has experienced things that challenges their belief in their value or abilities. As a therapist, I am here to walk along side my clients as they learn to confidently navigate these challenges so it's not so lonely and overwhelming. I help clients re-build their confidence in themselves. In doing so, they unlearn maladaptive behaviors, increase in self-awareness and self-love, learn helpful tools to improve problem-solving skills, build resilience, and tap into the peace, courage, and confidence that had been diminished.
Together, we work through the unhelpful self-talk, and feelings of sadness, defeat, anxiety, overwhelm, and diminished confidence. My treatment approach incorporates an eclectic blend of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, relevant stress reduction strategies, intertwined with genuine compassion, care, warmth, and at times, a little bit of humor.
I'm passionate about helping others and take great pride in my work, which I consider a life calling. I believe in the process. And, I'd be honored to partner with you on your wellness journey.
