About
You bring your own beliefs, experiences, and goals, and I honor that. I meet you where you are, with an approach that respects your individuality and the unique challenges you face. You may need someone to talk to about settling into college life, your first job or a new diagnosis. Perhaps you are a parent navigating complex systems for a family member, having a hard time balancing caregiving with your own needs, which can be frightening. Maybe you don't know what career to pursue or how to get out of a job that drains you. Sometimes it's about missing home, your family or not remembering how to feel close to your loved ones.
I have experience providing services to individuals, families and young adults, helping them navigate adjusting to a new or existing diagnosis, the beginning or the end of a career, social life, family, work relationships, self-advocacy and anxiety. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment while engaging clients in a supportive manner.
Counseling does not have to be a last resort and it doesn't have to last months! If you need help getting over a rejection, managing a toxic friendship or controlling bothering thoughts, counseling may be for you. Sometimes we just need a little practical help on how to reverse engineer our mind and the tools to navigate everyday situations.
What sets us apart
I support individuals, families, and young adults navigating life transitions, relationship issues, career challenges, and anxiety. My approach is respectful, client-centered, and solution-focused, fostering a safe space for self-discovery and growth. I offer practical tools to manage everyday situations and achieve your goals, recognizing that brief, targeted support can be effective.
