About
You want to feel like your most authentic self but right now, you're not sure who that is. You feel anxious and disconnected from yourself, your life, and your relationships. You might be navigating complicated family issues, struggling in your relationships, or finding yourself repeating a pattern that isn't working for you. Maybe there's just a sense that something is off but you can't quite name it. What you know for sure is you want relief, clarity, and to feel more at home in yourself and in your life.
I help LGBTQ+ adults navigate identity, relational wounds, and the challenges of existing in 2025 as a queer person in the south find clarity and self-trust. My approach is always client-centered and trauma informed. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, make space for all parts of you, and build new pathways toward deeper connection to yourself.
You don't have to do this alone. Therapy is a space to slow down, be curious, and feel supported as you make sense of your story and what you want. I'll meet you with warmth, curiosity, gentle challenging, and respect for your lived experience. If you're ready to begin the process, I'd be honored to connect with you.
