About
I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and did my internship at Baylor College of Medicine. Over 25 years of experience working with teens, adults and couples from diverse backgrounds. I work especially well with people who suffer from depression or anxiety and people who want help with stress management or establishing a healthier lifestyle. I have been an avid runner for over 40 years. I help people navigate our complicated health care system and am medically-savvy. Many physicians refer to me because they trust me to truly help their patients. I am a very good listener and terrific problem-solver.
I encourage mind/body health and know a great deal about yoga, meditation, relaxation techniques, exercise, nutrition, and running. My theoretical orientation is eclectic. I work hard to schedule appointments in a timely manner and have the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality. Visit my website to learn more www.robinburks.com
