Hello! My name is Tabitha Workman, LCSW. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or simply looking to improve your emotional well-being, I offer a personalized, client-centered approach to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
I most often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also utilize mindfulness practices and solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
The goal of the first session is to build trust and establish a connection where you feel comfortable enough to be open and honest. It’s about creating a safe space for exploration, reflection, and healing.
