My goal as a therapist is to help men feel more seen, understood, and more connected to community. Together we will work on challenging how we view our role as men and how this view has affected our overall well-being. I want to explore with you, how you process the daily challenges of being a husband, a father, son or just a man. I know it's not easy, but you always make it work no matter how difficult. I aim to give you a space where you can discuss these challenges without feeling as if your complaining or being a burden.
I can help you manage your stress by discussing tools that allow us to be honest with ourselves and how we feel. Yes! I'm talking about emotions. No matter how long we ignore them they still exist, bottled up and all. I want to help you share those emotions and thoughts out loud, guilt free!
