About
I work with adults of diverse and multicultural backgrounds to address concerns such as chronic anxiety and depression, self-esteem and relational challenges, self-alienation and shame, loss and unresolved grief, developmental/relational trauma, and adult-onset trauma. In my practice, I recognize the role of past and present relationships, strengths, values, and lived experiences in our sense of who we are and adaptive strategies developed along the way.
Through an integrative framework rooted in relational and existential psychodynamics, I work to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship thoughtfully attuned to the predicaments of the human condition and the versatility of the human mind.
With over two decades of experience in the field of mental health, I draw upon a diverse range of methods and theories to assist not just a stabilization of symptoms, but also a transformative experience towards lasting change and meaningful impact in your relational life. I welcome the opportunity to meet and explore the premises of working together!
